Traylor Howard (born June 14 1966, Orlando, Florida, USA) is an American actress. Her virtually all notable role up to now is when Natalie Teeger, Adrian Monk's adjunct on the USA Network television series Monk, and when Sharon Carter, a "Girl" of the title in Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place.
